Learn how to overcome genetic biomechanical predisposition for injuries including spine, hip, and stifle injuries. Research has shown that discogenic back pain, back pain originating from a protruding or ruptured intervertebral disk, may be improved with core stabilization, stretching, and traction exercises. All movement originates at the core so these exercises also improve all levels of movement from climbing steps to jumping in agility. All exercise equipment will be available for purchase after the seminar.

Level 1

Learn foundation core stabilization exercises including abdominal work, block exercises, and disc balancing.

Level 2

Once the core musculature is strengthened with Level 1 Exercises your dog can start to learn more challenging work including 'baby elephant', 'rock-the-boat', and 'frog-hopper'. These exercises are more dynamic, increasing muscular stabilization of the lumbar spine while maintaining excellent conditioning. To take this seminar your dog must have been training at Level 1 for at least 12 weeks.
