Strength & Conditioning Class Begins January 15th, 2009, 6pm, walk-ins $15 or $12 with punch card. Class includes warm-up, low intensity strength
training, high intensity endurance training, core stability, and cool down. Due to the potential risk of injury during
any exercise, all dogs must be screened by their veterinarian prior to beginning an exercise program. Vet Screening
Forms can be downloaded from the Vet Screen Form tab and completed by any veterinarian or call South Mesa
Vet Clinic to set up a screening appointment (970) 266-6526.
Stretch the Dog! Class Begins January 15th,
2009, 7:15pm, walk-in $15 or $12 with punch card. Full body stretch session followed by relaxation and meditation. Bring mat,
blanket, comfortable clothing. The Healthy Way to Stretch Your Dog, A Physical Therapy Approach manual will be available
for purchase at class. Due to the risk of injury during any exercise, all dogs must be screened by their veterinarian

1-on-1 Stretch Training For individuals who prefer one-on-one training, a Master
Trainer will teach you the stretching technique with your dog. $75/session, e-mail info@stretchthedog.com to schedule a time. Due to the risk of

Professional & Hobbyists Stretch Seminar Throughout
the United States. Please contact Canine Fitness Zone if you would like to sponsor a seminar in your area. Seminar hosts
recieve free admission. Seminars can also be extended into two days with the second day being movement analysis and activity
specific stretches.
This
seminar includes detailed anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics of the Foster Canine Stretch Method. Lab portion includes
hands-on stetching as well as clinical discussion of integrating stretching into clinical practice. The hands-on portion will
requires both humans and dogs to change partners to allow professionals/handlers to stretch different dogs. We will try to
make a range of dogs available, young and old, healthy and with dysfunction. Classes will have limited space
available. Please bring your dog with a crate, a massage/grooming table or a stretch mat, and the The Healthy
Way to Stretch Your Dog, A Physical Therapy Approach Book. Books and mats will be available for purchase at the

Professional Vet
Clinic On-site Seminars. This two hour seminar
teaches clinic staff how to integrate the Foster Canine Stretch Method into clinical practice. Each seminar includes the
muscle cell physiology behind the technique as well as hands-on education of the technique. All staff are encouraged to bring
their dog, a massage table/grooming table or stretch mat, and The Healthy Way to Stretch Your Dog, A Physical Therapy
Approach. Stretch Books and mats will be available for purchase at the seminar. $500/clinic, clinic space determines number of participants
(class space will be arranged for you if needed)
