Hosting a Seminar

In return for hosting a full day seminar, one complimentary admission is provided.

Stretch, Strength, Injury Prevention, and Movement Assessment Seminars are Provided

Seminar Payment

If the seminar location is >50 miles from their home office, at least 10 on-line registrations must be completed 30 days prior to the seminar. If less than 10 participants have paid, an e-mail will be sent asking for assistance filling the class. If the class does not have at least 10 participants two weeks prior to the event, all money will be refunded by the date of the scheduled seminar.

Directions and Information

Directions and other pertinent information about the seminar will be sent to participants  via e-mail approximately one month prior to the seminar.  The information will also be posted on line as soon as it is available.

Emergency Contact List (owner of the facility, point person contact)

Emergency Vet Contact (local vet who can be called in case of emergency)

Water/Refreshments

Recommendations for places to have lunch

Clean up assistance (particularly who will be responsible for care of AV equipment)
